    G. Kevin Fechtmeyer
    Managing Partner

    Prior to establishing Cave Creek Capital Management in September 2003, Mr. Fechtmeyer was a Founder and Managing Director of The Shattan Group, the leading independent investment bank focused on Private Equity placements, where he managed over $1 billion of transactions. Mr. Fechtmeyer was also a Director of TSG Co-Investors LLC, an affiliated Private Equity fund, which made investments of $500,000 to $3 million per transaction alongside major institutional investors. He was also a Founding member of the Private Equity Groups at Prudential Securities, Inc. and Kidder, Peabody & Co., Inc. Mr. Fechtmeyer began his investment banking career in Merrill Lynch Capital Market's Merchant Banking Department.

    Mr. Fechtmeyer has extensive experience in Mergers & Acquisitions and Debt and Equity financings in several industries, including business and financial services, consumer, and telecom. Mr. Fechtmeyer is well known in the Private Equity industry, is often quoted in industry publications and is a frequent speaker at conferences, including the INC 500, SRI, Private Investing in Public Companies and Digital Detroit.

    Mr. Fechtmeyer graduated from the University of Arizona in 1985 as a National Dean's List scholar with a degree in Accounting and Entrepreneurship, and received his MBA from Columbia University's Graduate School of Business in 1988. From 1985 through 1987, he was an auditor with Touche Ross & Co. and is a Certified Public Accountant.



    Scott R. Lavinia
    Partner

    Prior to joining Cave Creek Capital Management in October 2007, Mr. Lavinia spent the majority of his career in the hedge fund industry specializing in trading the energy sector. He spent four years as a commodity and foreign currency trader at The Millburn Corporation, a hedge fund managing over $1.5 billion. Mr. Lavinia also previously worked as a consultant at Accenture. He co-founded Saugatuck Energy LLC in 2002. Saugatuck Energy is an energy-based derivative trading hedge fund. Over four years, Saugatuck generated significant returns to its investors. Mr. Lavinia decided to leave Saugatuck Energy in 2006 to invest his personal and family capital in selected private businesses.

    Mr. Lavinia graduated from the Boston College Carroll School of Management in 1995 with a marketing degree. He received his MBA from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California in 2001 with a concentration in finance. He currently serves on the Board of Directors at Liberty Distribution Company, LLC.



    Richard J. Freeman
    Senior Advisor

    Mr. Freeman has more than twenty five years of experience in managing both Private and Public Equity investment portfolios. He previously raised and helped manage the $300 million Private Equity portfolio of Century Capital Management, a Boston-based fund focused on financial and business services. His past positions also included Director of Investment Research, portfolio manager and equity analyst at Bank One (First Chicago Corporation), and Director of Investment Research and assistant portfolio manager at Kemper Financial Services' Selected Financial Services mutual fund complex. He also served as an auditor for the State of Michigan Insurance Bureau and an investment analyst for both the State of Michigan Treasury Department and Metropolitan Life Insurance Company.

    Mr. Freeman has served on the Boards of several public and private companies, including acting as the Chairman of the Audit Committee for Fidelity National Information Solutions, Inc. He is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the Phoenix Society of Financial Analysts and the Association of Insurance and Financial Analysts. Mr. Freeman graduated from Michigan State University Magna Cum Laude and was elected a member of Beta Gamma Sigma and earned a Masters of Business Administration from Michigan State University and a Masters Degree in Accountancy from Western Michigan University.

    David Beale
    Former CEO of HQ/Vantas, largest Executive Office Suite Company in the U.S.

    Mr. Beale was the founder of Vantas Business Centers. From a single location in Washington, DC in 1992 to over 200 locations at the time of the merger with HQ, Mr. Beale produced exponential growth in revenues and profits. In 1996, he raised institutional capital (ultimately more than $30 million of Private Equity and $180 million of Debt) to implement a growth strategy to consolidate the industry. Growing the business, at that time, from approximately $12 million in revenue and $1 million in EBITDA to over $240 million in run rate revenue and approximately $46 million in adjusted run rate EBITDA, Mr. Beale completed 28 acquisitions over a three-year period. Mr. Beale has extensive experience in multi-site business-to-business service companies, with a proven track record of value creation through building highly motivated teams, generating fundamental strategic and cultural change and delivering the numbers by combining vision and pragmatism.

    Mr. Beale was previously a Founder of College Planning Solutions and was a sales representative with Bristol Meyers. He graduated magna cum laude in 1982 from C.W. Post College with a degree in Marketing and Management.

    Darrell Glover
    CEO of Sanitors Inc., a leading janitorial services company in the U.S.

    Mr. Glover has over thirty years experience in the Services Industry. This experience began while attending Texas Tech University from 1966-1970 and founding a janitorial service company in 1967 that was later sold to ITT Service Industries. Mr. Glover remained at ITT Service Industries until 1978 and served as Western Regional manager from 1975 until 1978. In this capacity Mr. Glover had responsibility for operations in 17 cities and in excess of 50 million square feet.

    In 1978, Mr. Glover founded Sanitors Southwest Incorporated with initial operations in Dallas, Fort Worth, Memphis and San Antonio. The company later expanded to Houston and Austin and by 1997 enjoyed revenues in excess of $28 million annually. After establishing a leading position in several competitive markets, Mr. Glover identified an opportunity to take on a capital partner and consolidate the highly fragmented janitorial services industry.

    In 1997, Sanitors was recapitalized with Summit Partners. The company embarked on an acquisition and internal growth plan and, after 13 acquisitions, has since built a leading national service provider with over $160 million in annual sales.

    Joseph Gregori
    President of InfoHighway Communications Corp. an Integrated Communications Provider ("ICP")

    Mr. Gregori has led InfoHighway to a strong position among ICP's in the Northeast U.S. Backed by a $150 million Equity commitment from GTCR and a sharp focus on telecom providers in the Small-Medium Enterprise market ("SME"), InfoHighway has attracted a world-class management team and begun an aggressive program to grow internally and through acquisitions.

    Mr. Gregori was previously President of MCI Wireless and Nationwide Cellular Services (NCS). Mr. Gregori built NCS to be the largest reseller of cellular service in the country, prior to its acquisition by MCI Wireless. Prior to joining InfoHighway's predecessor, Mr. Gregori was the Chief Operating Officer for PriCellular Corporation, a regional cellular telephone carrier listed on the American Stock Exchange.

    Mr. Gregori began his professional career in accounting and worked in the audit division of Deloitte & Touche. He is an honors graduate (Magna Cum Laude) of Adelphi University and is a Certified Public Accountant.

    Rudy Karsan
    Chairman and CEO of Kenexa; Leading provider of outsourced HR Solutions

    Mr. Karsan has been instrumental in managing the organization to its position as a global leader in innovative human resource solutions. Under Rudy's leadership, Kenexa has grown from a startup to nearly $50 million in annual revenues. The Company has received multiple awards, including; Inc. 500's Fastest Growing Privately Held Companies, Deloitte & Touche Fast 50, VAR Business 500 list of IT Providers, International Society for Performance Improvement and the Brandon Hall Award. Mr. Karsan has twice been awarded Entrepreneur of the Year honors, first by The Kaufman Foundation and Ernst & Young, and again by The Aga Khan Economic Planning Board. He has been profiled by The Philadelphia Business Journal as one of the city's 40 individuals with the most noteworthy accomplishments by the age of 40.

    Mr. Karsan earned a Bachelor of Mathematics degree from the University of Waterloo, Canada. Following graduation, he worked as an actuary with Mercantile & General Insurance Company in Toronto. At 25, he earned the title of Fellow in the Society of Actuaries.
